Phil Belleante, Senior Loan Office: I have been helping families achieve their financial goals of home ownership for 9 years now. The most important aspect in my career is the human one. The real reason I continue in this business is because the I enjoy helping people. I enjoy interacting with people and helping them with their financial needs.
I have a beautiful wife, Terri, and I were raised the San Francisco bay area moving to Elk Grove, California in the mid 80’s. Terri and I have raised our two beautiful daughters, one in college and the other a graduate of Sacramento State University. We spend out time on the lakes and rivers in the summer time enjoying a variety water sports.
